Wellspring New Orleans

This program for first-time visitors to New Orleans focuses on engagement opportunities and people-centered experiences to deliver professional development with a holistic approach. Over one week in July 2023, participants will receive personal and professional guidance, learn career advancement tools,  and participate in personal and community well-being workshops and events.

If you are a first-time visitor to New Orleans, an active bar industry professional with alcohol beverage service experience, you are eligible to apply to attend and participate in the Wellspring New Orleans Pilot Program. You do not need to be a member of the USBG to apply or participate in a USBG Foundation program.
